The students of Gillco International School, Mohali emerged as 2nd Runner up at Dubai’s Asia Pacific Dance Championship across various categories

Jasleen Kaur of Class IX and Gurnoor Kaur of Class III participated in Asia Pacific Dance Championship held in Dubai  in several categories. It was organised by Y&Y events.

The four-day grand event saw participation from various talented Indian and UAE artists. Amid tough competition, Gurnoor Kaur emerged as 2nd RUNNER UP in the 7 to 9 years (SOLO) Category. Whereas in the DUET category, Jasleen Kaur and Gurnoor Kaur reigned as  2nd RUNNER UP in the 13 to 19 years category.

The event was judged by talented artists and dancing professionals such as Terence Lewis, Fernando Aguilera and Varun DS Rana. The Gillco students attended the workshops and training sessions organised by celebrities such as Jai Kumar Nair, Purva Koser and Deepthi Shetty. The artists got immense exposure and learning experience and the chance to showcase their talents and win the audience's admiration.
