Actor Binnu Dhillon opens TVISVA Jewels outlet

Zirakpur, February 18, 2024: Binnu Dhillon, the multifaceted Punjabi and Bollywood actor, opened TVISVA Jewels outlet at Sai Market, Opposite Chandigarh Sweet, Peer Muchalla, adjoining Sector 20 Panchkula. It is to be noted that TVISVA Jewel’s is a tricity based label and is opening stores on the franchisee model. The Peer Muchalla store is the first in the series of franchise outlets of the brand.

An exclusive store for a range of gold and diamond jewellery, TVISVA Jewel’s inauguration was marked by an awareness session on Lab Grown Diamonds (LGD’s) and a round of the facility for media persons.

Binnu Dhillon said, “TVISVA Jewels is different from other stores as it’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP) is quality with affordability."

Explaining this Rohit Bansal, Partner, TVISVA Jewels, said, “Our labour cost for ‘making’ is 25-30 percent lower than other reputed labels. This makes our prices 35-40 percent less price wise than other well-known brands for the same quality of diamonds and with same certification and purity of gold.”

Another Partner Shilpi Bansal said, "We have also announced the start of an exhibition of exclusive jewellery collections which will be on till Feb 25.  Many offers are there on purchases made during the exhibition. There is  a lucky draw also planned on Feb 25 in which a Diamond Chain can be won.”

Gaurav Garg, who is also a Partner said, “All the diamonds in the TVISVA Jewels store are certified by international certifications from International Gemological Institute (IGI) and Gemological Institute of America(GIA). These certificates are accepted worldwide.”

One more Partner Eva Arora said, “For gold and silver, every article is hallmark stamped and with a Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number recommended by the Government of India.”

“At the Peer Muchalla store of TVISVA Jewels, all kinds of jewellery – diamond, gold, and silver will be available. I am glad to share that all the designs at TVISVA Jewels are done by professional designers, who work on CAD technology,” said Manat Bansal, the young franchisee owner.

Tushar Garg, another partner in the venture said, “TVISVA Jewels as been created to fulfil the mission of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India’. For this we are soon bringing Lab Grown Diamonds or LGD’s in our portfolio.”

Rohit Bansal who is also an expert in the emerging field of LGD’s said, “The LGD industry is labour intensive and helps in creating many jobs.”

Rohit Bansal also explained to the media the concept of LGD’s so that awareness is raised about this genre of diamonds. He said that LGD’s as the name suggests are made in labs while natural diamonds are mined from the earth. Although the properties of both are the same, the cost of LGD’s is much lower than mined diamonds.

“Most of the natural rough diamonds are imported from other countries which results in a lot of drain out foreign exchange. However, LGD's can be produced in India, so the GOI is promoting LGD’s as this will save precious foreign exchange,”  summed up Rohit.
