Sh Balbir Singh Sidhu lauded the services of MSCA in helping the corona warriors and as a goodwill gesture, he handed over a draft of Rs 51000/- to the Mohali Senior Citizens Association.

It is to be noted that the members of MSCA are above the age of 60 and they are also at the risk of virus, but they never mind doing service to the corona warriors. We believe that they should be designated as “Veteran Warriors” because inspite of so many restrictions, they carry on the work of social service to the society that includes paramedical staff sanitary staff, police personnel and the press people.

Present on the occasion for delivering these equipments were Prin S Chaudhary, President, Sh Sukhwinder Singh Bedi Secretary General, 85 years old Sh G S Bindra, Secretary Administration, Sh Harinder Pal Singh Harry Secretary Public Relations and members Mrs Rupinder Kaur and Ms Vijay Sharda.

The Association has been taking care of its members and other older persons of the area for their needs, especially during the lockdown / curfew period. MSCA has more plans in the pipeline to help the frontline warriors as a supportive team of veteran warriors.
