Ashiana Public School today organized a session with the theme- Little Hands at Work

OBJECTS OF THE SESSION COULD BE ACHIEVED WITH THE GUIDANCE AND INSPIRATION OF DIRECTOR Ms LALITA PRAKASH AND WITH HER TEACHER'S TEAM

CHANDIGARH,17.02.24-It was a fun filled day at Ashiana Public School today.The school had organized a session with the theme- Little Hands at Work on Saturday, 17th February 2024 for the children as well as the parents. Throughout the year,the students were engaged in an array of interesting and purposeful activities and craft work to develop and improve gross motor skills , fine motor skills, coordination,concentration, creativity , imagination,sorting and organization skills.The school teaching approach offers a pedagogies that elevates and empowers the child in the pursuit of these skills.The little budding artists demonstrated the Art and Craft work viz thread painting,block painting ,vegetable painting,craft work,shoelace activity,buttoning activity,zip-unzip activity etc with great confidence and agility. The session was packed with enthusiasm and served as a platform for the students to make learning joyous and meaningful.These activities are well planned and involve multi-step processes that pave the way for a problem-solving mindset and develop a sense of order among the children. The session also helped the students improve their vocabulary and demonstration skills.Parents were delighted to witness their children demonstrating with zeal and confidence.The efforts of the children were highly appreciated by the parents. During the event,the school Director,Ms.Lalita Prakash encouraged the parents to spend quality time with children and help them to be involved in activities which promote creativity, imagination and development of gross and fine motor skills.
