कुकरेजा रिलीजंस फाउंडेशन की ओर से धार्मिक कार्यक्रममाता की चौकी आयोजित

चण्डीगढ़ 31.12.2022। प्रत्येक वर्ष की भांति इस बार भी दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर 2022 को कुकरेजा रिलीजंस फाउंडेशन सैक्टर 37-बी, चंडीगढ़ के जय माता हाउस 1323 में माता की चौकी कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में माननीय राज्यपाल हरियाणा श्री बंडारू दत्तात्रेय ने सेक्टर 37-बी में आयोजित माता की चौकी कार्यक्रम में शिरकत कर माता रानी का आशीर्वाद लिया।

इस कार्यक्रम में माता रानी के भक्त श्री अश्वनी कुमार कुकरेजा, उनके परिवार के सदस्य, सगे संबंधियों तथा मित्र गणों ने अति श्रद्धा से माता रानी का गुणगान किया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सायं 7.30 बजे ज्योति प्रचण्ड से हुआ। तदोपरान्त दिल्ली से पधारे सुप्रसिद भजन गायक अर्जुन सूरी ने माता रानी के दरबार में भजनों की श्रृंखला प्रस्तुत की। इस कार्यक्रम में शहर के जाने माने व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे उन्होंने माता रानी का आर्शीवाद लिया और आगामी वर्ष 2023 में सुख शांति के लिए प्रार्थना की।

श्रद्धालुओं को इस कार्यक्रम में स्नैक्स और डिनर भी परोसा गया।
इस कार्यक्रम का समापन भोग सेरेमनी से हुआ।

Peppy Punjabi Number ‘Playboy’ Released

Chandigarh, December 28, 2022: Kumma Records on Wednesday launched a Punjabi peppy number, ‘Playboy’, sung by Mr Beast, a Champion in Body Building and also a participant of Bigg Boss 11, besides having acted in a Tamil movie Umai, as a villain in 2014.

The theme of the song is how social media has changed the dynamics of Indian culture and how people are becoming more westernised. Kumma Records is promoted by Mr Karamjit Singh Deol, a US citizen who migrated to USA from Ludhiana, Punjab, India at an early age to establish himself as a successful businessman.

Lyrics of the song have been given by Daljit Chitti, while music is by Silver Coin and the song producer is Karamjit Singh Deol. The event was organised by Shriyan Creatives. 

Soon after the launch Mr. Singh said, “Seeing the innate singing aptitude amongst the Punjabi youth who are bereft of their talent due to high expenses demanded by the Music companies, we have created a platform through Kumma Records to launch them on a good platform and to showcase their talent globally. All the upcoming compositions are being recorded with the most modern technologies and established music fraternity, and are being video graphed at exquisite locations, mostly abroad”, adding that has plans to conduct massive live shows globally in the future also with the successful launches of music.

Mr. Beast while speaking on the occasion thanked Kumma Records for having given him the opportunity to come out with the number, which aptly brings out the impact of social media on the young generation. “I am delighted to launch this song and I am sure music lovers will also love listening to it. The song is peppy, yet has a deep message hidden in it”, he added.

Ex Bigg Boss contestant Rohit Verma feels motherly love for Abdu Rozik but finds Tina Dutta absolutely fake

Although I do not know her personally, she comes across as a very pretentious person. I’ve seen her change colors as and when it suits her motives. But I must be honest, I do like her fashion sense”

Any metal or object does not create that much attraction in its original form, as much as it can be transformed into a beautiful shape by some decoration and its attraction can be increased. The ornaments made of it attract more people than any particular metal. The same creative process is also proved in man when his creation takes place. That is when he is a child. Only then does he learn all the undertakings of the world by imitation. Now the question is, what kind of imitation did he get? If he observes good character and good conduct and behavior in his environment, then he will be well-cultured. By the way, the behavior of the parents during the pregnancy itself has a deep impact on the child. Devotee Prahlad and heroic Abhimanyu are strong examples of this.

 

Therefore, after the birth of a child, such an environment should be created in which the charming fragrance of good culture, good thoughts, and morality are included, which can make his soft mind fragrant. Here the example of Dhruv can be given, who with the good inspiration of his mother, through penance, reached the place where great ascetics keep on thinking to reach. Maharaja Uttanpad had two queens, the elder Suniti and the younger Suruchi. Dhruv was the son of Suniti and Uttam of Suruchi. Maharaja loved the younger queen Suruchi more than anything, due to which Queen Suniti was neglected in the palace. Once Maharaja Uttanpad was sitting with Suruchi's son Uttam in his lap, Dhruv also comes and tries to sit on Maharaja's lap. When the king did not take him in his lap, he started to move. Suruchi, the stepmother did not like seeing Dhruv moving and she pulled Dhruv near the king and said that ‘Son, you do not have the right to sit on the king's lap, if you want to sit on the lap or on the throne, then do penance and pray to God. Ask for a boon to be born from the womb of mother Suruchi’.

 

The words spoken by Vimata Suruchi pierced child Dhruv's heart like an arrow. His face turned red with anger, tears of sorrow started pouring from his eyes and he reached his mother Suniti crying. Mother Suniti was horrified after listening to the words of Vimata Suruchi. There was immense sorrow in his heart. Tying patience, she said that son, happiness or sorrow is the result of one's own destiny. In this, others should not be considered as the reason for bad luck. Apart from this, I can’t help you. I am neglected by Maharaja himself. When any unethical act happens in the state, everyone tells their sorrow to the king, but to whom should I tell my sorrow? Son, wherever you are getting a good education, you should follow it. You should follow the path of austerity as told by Vimata Suruchi. Son, you meditate on the feet of God.

 

After listening to the inspiring sermon of the mother, Dhruv immediately left his father's kingdom and went to the forest to do penance. When Maharaja came to know about this, understanding the natural tendency of the children to go crazy, he asked his servants to persuade and bring the child back. When Dhruv did not return, Maharaja became distraught at the loss of his son and tried various ways to bring Dhruv back home. On the way to the forest, Dhruv met Naradji. Seeing his young age, Devarshi Narad wanted him to return home, but Dhruv said Muni ji, I am not going to change my path. If you want to do something for me, then show me the way to attain God. Seeing the strong determination of the child, Narad ji gave him the initiation of the great mantra "Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya Namah". An innocent child of five years started worshiping God with a concentrated mind through this mantra. He consumed fruits of the forest for some time, then water for some time, then air for some time. After this, the air intake was also stopped.

 

Due to the non-breathing of devotee Dhruva, the flow of air in all three worlds stopped. Due to the power of his penance, the earth started rocking like a boat. Seeing this steadfast penance, God had to appear. The Lord was standing in front of Dhruv and he was engrossed in his penance with his eyes closed. Then the Lord himself entered his heart as a divine light. When Dhruv opened his eyes, he fell at the Lord's feet. He wanted to praise God but could not utter a word. Knowing his ardent desire, the Lord placed His boon on his head, which automatically caused the voices of divine praise to be uttered from his mouth. God took him in his lap and gave him a position that is unattainable to others. Blessed is the good inspiration of the mother, due to which Dhruv got such a position.

 

Even today the Dhruvtara shines in the sky, all the constellations and constellations revolve around it. In marriage, the Dhruvatara is shown to the bride and groom by the Acharya that the way this star is firm in its place, similarly both of you should be firm in this bond of marriage. Dhruv's unwavering determination teaches us that if a person has the desire to attain God or any unattainable thing, then age and circumstances are not a hindrance, only desire is needed.

Bathinda, To mark World Diabetes Day, a diabetes health mela is being organized by Max Super Specialty Hospital, Bathinda on November 14.

Kidney Care Centre Panchkula holds Organ Donation Camp on its 3rd anniversary

On successful completion of two years of services, an organ donation camp was organized at Kidney Care Centre, Sector 14, Panchkula. A team from ROTTO, PGI, Chandigarh was also present at the venue to motivate people for the noble cause. A total of 122 people pledged their organs at the event. 

The Kidney Care Centre, established two years ago under the leadership of Dr. Ajay Goyal, is first of its kind facility where treatment of all types of kidney diseases including advanced kidney failure, hemodialysis and kidney transplant is provided by the team of doctors and paramedic staff. 

Dr Ajay Goyal, DM (Nephrology), founder and director of Kidney Care Centre, said, “More than 5 lakh people die in India every year due to non availability of organs. Out of 2 lakh people requiring kidney transplant, only a few thousand get it. Rest of the patients either stay on dialysis or lose their lives due to kidney failure. In india almost 1.5 lakh people suffer brain death every year. Each person can save upto 8 lives by donating organs after brain death. So organs from such people who die with healthy orgnas can be retrieved and transplanted to save many lives.”

People who pledged their organs were issued donor cards by NOTTO, a government organization which regulates the organ retrieval and allocation in india.

Dr Goyal further said, “On the occasion of our centre’s third foundation day we decided to celebrate in a unique way by working towards a social cause and motivate people to pledge their organs to save lives.”

The founder of Vishwa Jagriti Mission and world-famous spiritual master, Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj, in his discourse on the concluding day of the grand Bhakti Satsang at Shalimar Ground here today, said that one should never discard or leave one's parents alone in their old age. He said, “You should fulfill all your duties at home. A mother's love for her children never diminishes. Even in the case of animals, it is the same. Children grow up with the love and care of their mothers. Mother is the creator of all, so a mother has to be taken care of first. Similarly, the role of the father in life is also very important. Father is a pillar of the house.”

 

Haryana Governor Mr Bandaru Dattatreya also took part in the closing ceremony. The Governor said that he came to listen to Swamiji and to seek his blessings. He is such a great guru, who has devoted his entire life to protecting moral values and saving religion. He added, “That is why Maharaj ji is ahead in the service of social good. I also believe in the same way that if the heart is pure, then the person will always be on the right path.”

 

During the concluding ceremony, Maha Aarti was performed and Shri Sudhanshu Maharaj was also accorded a civic felicitation. He said that the advanced course in Meditation would be launched soon.

Escon Primera Tricity Bankers League – Edition 1 (TBL) begins, State Bank of India wins the first match

The first edition of Escon Primera Tricity Bankers League (TBL) began here today with the support of SPORTSAGA. At the grand opening ceremony of TBL, Colonel Amit was the chief guest. 

The first match was won by the State Bank of India by 34 Runs against the Punjab State Cooperative Bank team. Batting first SBI scored 167 runs in 20 overs and in reply PSCB could only scored 133 runs. Despite of the loss, Ravi from PSCB team was declared as the Best Bowler for taking 4 wickets, Mandeep Singh from SBI as the Best Batsman for scoring 59 runs in 37 balls, Sam Chhetri from SBI as the Game Changer for taking 3 wickets and Agochar Grace from PSCB was announced as the Player of The Match for scoring 85 runs in 64 balls.

Rare case of left adrenal gland cancer treated at IVY

Nawanshehr, November 13: A very rare case of left adrenal gland cancer was operated upon successfully at IVY Hospital Nawanshahr recently.

Surinder Kaur (70) from Una in HP had complaints of pain in abdomen and lump abdomen from the past 6 months.

She had a tumor arising from the left adrenal gland. This is a very rare tumor which is seen in about 1 in million cases, said Dr. Vikrant Rai, radiologist informed.

The gland was located above the kidney and had attained size of 20x16 centimetres, informed Dr. Hemkant Verma and Dr. Sandeep Aggarwal, both onco surgeons at IVY.

The tumor was stuck between vital blood vessels and vital organs, they informed.

Such tumors could have blood pressure fluctuations during surgery, informed Dr. Sameer & Dr. Devika, both anesthetists.

The complex surgery lasted for about three and half hours. After surgery the patient recovered well and was discharged after the 6th day of the surgery

Volvo starts delivery of full-electric luxury SUV XC40 Recharge

New Delhi, November 10 : Volvo Car India has commenced the delivery of its full electric XC40 Recharge in the country. The first car was delivered today in Gujarat by Mr. Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director, Volvo Car India. Volvo XC40 Recharge is India’s first Locally Assembled Luxury Electric SUV. The company is assembling the cars in their facility based at Bangalore, Karnataka.

Maple Highways completes Rs. 6,267 cr acquisition

Chandigarh, November 11: Maple Highways, a dedicated India road investment platform created by global investment group CDPQ, today announced it has completed the acquisition of the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) that encircles the National Capital Region (NCR).

Valued at Rs. 6,267 crore, the purchase of the Toll Operate Transfer (TOT) project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is the largest road transaction to occur as part of the Union Government’s Asset Monetization Programme this year.

The 135-kilometre, six-lane express highway has been in operation since 2018 and was designed to decongest Delhi of commercial traffic, and runs through the states of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh down the eastern side of the NCR. All lighting and other utilities along the expressway are fully solar-powered.

Popularly known as National Expressway 2, EPE is India’s first Intelligent Transport System (ITS) enabled road. It is equipped with a drip irrigation system and rainwater harvesting structures every 500 metres. It has a closed loop tolling system and 99% of its revenue is collected through electronic tolling, using the interoperable RFID tag, known to millions of drivers as FASTag.

Gita Gyan Satsang by Sudhanshu Maharaj begins in Panchkula

Gita is such a powerful book that everyone should read it regularly because it is a divine scripture. Just as the Himalayas is one, so is the Gita. It is necessary to keep Gita in every house, as spirituality is an essential part of life. May all parents start their day in the name of Lord Shri Krishna. Spiritual Guru Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj said these lines on the first day of the four-day grand Bhakti Satsang going on at Shalimar Maidan, Sector 5, Panchkula today.

 

In this devotional Satsang organized by Vishwa Jagriti Mission (Panchkula, Chandigarh, and Mohali Mandal), Sudhanshu ji Maharaj said that as purification of the body is necessary, purification of the mind is also recommended. Negative energy can be kept away by meditating. The Gita is composed of the words emanating from the mouth of Shri Krishna ji, reading which makes life meaningful. There should always be an emphasis on good habits in life.

 

He further said that in every circumstance one should keep smiling like Lord Krishna and be thankful to God for whatever is achieved in life. In the eighth chapter of the Gita, Lord Krishna says that one should fight one's own shortcomings and evils. By repeating again and again for 40 days, a practice turns into a habit. Emphasis should be laid on developing good habits.

 

The Satsang will continue till November 13, in which Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj will explain the teachings of Lord Shri Krishna and give discourses on meditation and knowledge of the Gita. Satsang's timings are from 9 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 7 pm daily. Free arrangements have been made for the stay and refreshments of the devotees coming from outside.

Three-day Wall Art Fest takes off at Alliance Française

Artist Olivia de Bona brings French Art to City

Chandigarh, November 9, 2022:Three-day Wall Art Fest took off at Alliance Française, Sector 36 here today, as the French artist Olivia de Bona left the visitors awestruck with her works.

Born in 1985, Olivia after obtaining a diploma in Applied Arts and Animated Cinema, met the 9e Concept collective with Romain Froquet and Lapinthur.

 

Olivia de Bona is distinguished by her rich and colourful universe, close to illustration. All her work echoes our childhood’s imagination: her strange and elegant characters, sort of fantastic battalions, intersect, mingle and will blend as in a dream.

 

Halfway between the cartoons of our childhood and popular tales, Olivia keeps us between two worlds, between the sweetness of our memories and their darkest recesses.

“For this mural art, I want to find a few emblematic motifs to represent the “French-style” architecture in a city marked by Le Corbusier. I am going to reclaim a certain idea of France and let it be invaded by lush vegetation by inhabiting it with animals typical of this corner of India!”, she said.

Olivia while explaining about her art work titled, 'Let India put colors in my life' added, “The idea showcases France meeting India. It's kind of funny that the sad and grey rooftops of Paris, on a rainy day, are given the effect of India, which on the contrary, has a lot of colours, vegetation and animals. It's like France transforming into India, when you're crossing through their border.

I've created this piece of art with a little bit of both France and India as a gift to the French learners so that whenever they come across this wall art they can connect with the Parisian architecture with Indian diversity.”

Olivia de Bona has participated in many street art events such as L'Art à l'Ourcq in 2014. In the The Aucwin route, the street art route in Saint-Denis, organized by 6B in 2015. She participated, in 2021, at the Fenêtre sur rue street art project in Aubervilliers.

 

In addition to her participation in many street art events during which she creates murals, she illustrates children's books like Go! Kiki Go !.

 

The French Institute in India, the network of Alliances Francaises in India, JSW Paints and their partners will pursue the development of a second edition of the Wall Art Festival. From the 7^th of November until the 2^nd of December 2022, all the invited artists will aim to make our cities and public space always more colourful and beautiful, through the vision of visual artists.

As a part of the Wall Art Festival, four wall-artists Kid Kreol and Boogie, Olivia De Bona, Neethi and Mr. Poes will be crossing the country to look for fresh paintings. Wall Art Festival is a national festival developed in many cities of the country. For the second edition of the Wall Art Festival, the artists will be releasing + 16 projects all over the country.

Besides Chandigarh, the artists would be travelling to 13 cities, including, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Kolkota, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Chennai, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, and Pune.
