The Honorable Punjab Vidhan Sabha  Speaker Mr KPS Rana inaugurated the surgical sessions in the morning.  On the first day, the workshop included demonstration of various basic and advanced procedures of ENT by the faculty of department and national & international faculty of repute. Prof Ashok Gupta demonstrated the highly advanced procedure of cochlear implantation with minimally invasive technique.
